Following a 3-36-1 record in three seasons, the Cleveland Browns have fired head coach Hue Jackson.
The news comes as a shock to absolutely no one, considering that Jackson was “on thin ice” following a week seven overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They gave the so-called “quarterback guru” one more shot in Pittsburgh, but he just couldn’t get it done.
So, after ownership had finally had enough, they canned the second-worst coach in NFL history, which was first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Earlier in the season, many highlighted the midpoint of the season as “Hue’s Last Stand,” and it seems those predictions have come true.
