CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The race for the No. 1 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft came down to the final week of the regular season, with the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns fighting for position.
The Browns entered the season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers needing a loss and a Tennessee win for the top spot. Cleveland did its part, dropping the Week 17 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, 28-12. But the Titans' late-game rally fell short against Indianapolis, locking up the first-overall pick thanks to the reverse strength of schedule tiebreaker.
