The Cleveland Browns failures during the heavily hyped 2019 season has led to instant changes in the organization, as the Browns fired head coach Freddie Kitchens after one season in the role. The poor season may have left such a sour taste in the Haslam family's mouths that there may be even more changes.
The Browns front office as currently structured does not appear to be safe. Whether that means realignment or some of the personnel staff will be let go, it seems like the Haslam's are willing to consider all options.
