Cleveland Browns general manager John Dorsey changed the culture of the Browns organization in just one off-season. After seasons of being one of the worst teams in the NFL, Dorsey has built a roster that has the talent to win games.

After going 1-31 the last two seasons, the Cleveland Browns fan base needed some sort of optimism. After adding players like Tyrod Taylor, Jarvis Landry, Mychal Kendricks, and Denzel Ward, there are some fans and NFL analysts that believe the Browns could sneak into the playoffs.

Although those are lofty expectations, it is a credit to the Browns’ front office for the type of roster they built this off-season.
