It’s safe to say Tony Grossi isn’t a popular figure when it comes to covering the Cleveland Browns. The ESPN Cleveland personality has made several claims that raise eyebrows among the fan base, but now he’s starting to make enemies with prominent players for the Browns.
Recently, Grossi was quoted by Aaron Goldhammer, also of ESPN Cleveland, as saying that Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray is more like Johnny Manziel than Baker Mayfield — which is what many people tried to say about Baker last season.
And Mayfield happened to see the comparison and stuck up for his friend.
