Five days of the Cleveland Browns 2019 training camp are out of the way, which has given us a lot to dissect. There are some broad questions that still remain — such as who will start at right guard and if Jermaine Whitehead remains on the field with the base defense.
In time those questions, and others will be fully answered. However, the early portion of camp has been more centered on fundamentals. This makes sense considering there’s a new coaching staff in town.
Rookie head coach Freddie Kitchens was on staff in 2018, but he’s surrounded himself with many assistants who are new to The Land.
