On March 13, the new season technically begins which means NFL franchises will be allowed to go out and sign players in free agency. With an estimated $79 million to spend (according to OverTheCap.com), the Cleveland Browns could be huge players when the time comes to start dishing out contracts.
And unlike in the past, the big-name free agents will be listening. That’s because the Browns are building something special in The Land. Their 5-3 run in the second half of the 2018 season is reason enough to be excited about what they’re doing, but that record isn’t the only thing that can attract free agents.
