Joe Thomas has not asked the Cleveland Browns for a trade, and the Browns have not said they are trading him.
But the Browns' actions this offseason make it fair to ask if Thomas will be a part of the team in 2016.
A team in full rebuild mode that is using the draft to rebuild has to gauge what players would bring the most in terms of draft picks -- which have become Browns gold. For the Browns, that's their perennial Pro Bowl left tackle.
This does not mean the Browns are trying to trade Thomas, nor does it mean they will.
