BEREA: When the Browns claimed Terrelle Pryor off waivers in June, wide receivers coach Joker Phillips questioned whether the former Ohio State University standout would cast his quarterback dreams aside and fully commit to his new position.
Well, Phillips has received the answer he sought.
“How willing is he to be a receiver? He’s all in,” Phillips said Sunday after the fourth full-squad practice of training camp. “The guy’s starving to be taught the techniques.
“I heard it in his voice the first time I talked to him over the phone that he really wants to be a wide receiver because he wasted no time.
