BEREA: Dwayne Bowe realizes the Browns thought he could become their No. 1 wide receiver when they signed him in March.
And even though he has missed two of the first three games with a nagging hamstring injury, Bowe said he still believes he can meet the franchise’s expectations this season.
“People in this building know in practice from watching every day the plays I make, and I’m just waiting for it to be called in the game,” Bowe said Friday. “I’m getting back to where I need to get, and it’s going to happen. Just have patience.
