The Cleveland Browns open the preseason today as they host the Green Bay Packers at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Quarterback Deshaun Watson will not be on the field this afternoon for the Browns and any starters who will play will only see a limited number of snaps. That will allow several of the team’s younger players, including rookies Zak Zinter and Michael Hall Jr., to showcase their skills.
The game will also be the first opportunity to see how the offense operates with offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey now supporting head coach Kevin Stefanski, as well as how special teams coordinator Bubba Ventrone will handle the league’s new kickoff rule.
