Browns wide receiver Dwayne Bowe will be in the starting lineup for the preseason finale beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
It's not typical for a nine-year veteran and projected starter for Bowe to play in the last exhibition game. Most starters rest and watch backups play.
But Bowe, 30, missed most of training camp and the first two preseason games with an injured hamstring. He played Saturday night in the third preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, though his rust was obvious. He was targeted three times but finished without a catch and with one dropped pass.
