Browns rookie tight end David Njoku has stumbled out of the blocks during his first NFL training camp.
Defensive backs stripped Njoku of the football twice during the second practice of camp, once in a team drill and again in a seven-on-seven period.
The fumbling problem got under the skin of coach Hue Jackson.
“Hold onto the freaking ball!” Jackson said during his post-practice news conference. “That’s got to stop, and that will get stopped. We’ll get that stopped because we can’t turn the ball over. That’s one of the big goals we have.
