Browns training camp snapshot (Day 12): Joe Thomas, Billy Winn return to practice

Saturday’s developments

• There were not many highlights from Saturday’s practice because it turned out to be a glorified walkthrough. The players conducted all of the team drills at about half speed. Quarterback Josh McCown connected on a couple of deep passes to receivers Andrew Hawkins, Travis Benjamin and Brian Hartline that drew loud ovations from fans during 11-on-11 sessions. Linebacker Craig Robertson jokingly dribbled a soccer ball with his feet during one drill, and the team concluded practice with a punt catching competition.

• Offensive lineman Joe Thomas (knee) and Joe Madsen (concussion) returned to practice after missing time due to injuries along with defensive lineman Billy Winn (ankle/knee) and wide receiver Terrelle Pryor (hamstring).
