The Browns have traded running back Terrance West to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for a conditional 2016 draft pick, the team announced Sunday.
A source familiar with the deal said the conditional pick is a seventh rounder.
The Browns also claimed offensive lineman Austin Pasztor off waivers from the Jacksonville Jaguars.
West, a third-round selection in last year's draft, rushed for 673 yards and four touchdowns in 14 games as a rookie.
