It feels like a slow journey from the start of the week to Saturday’s Wild Card showdown between the Cleveland Browns and Houston Texans. For the Browns and their fans, not caring about a game since Thursday Night Football in Week 17 really exacerbates that feeling.
The concern around injuries adds to that as Tuesday’s report threw up a lot of issues that could be problems on Saturday. The two teams combined for 19 players not practicing to start the week but are hoping injuries don’t define their playoffs.
Things got a little better for both squads on Wednesday: (Changes are in bold)
