The Cleveland Browns signed wide receiver Damon Sheehy-Guiseppi on Friday.
Someone on the scouting staff was certainly earning their money with this signing as Sheehy-Guiseppi played two seasons with Phoenix College, an NJCAA school in the Western States Football League. (He was simply Damon Sheehy then.)
The 5-foot-11 and 181-pound Sheehy-Guiseppi last played in 2016, a season that saw him earn first-team All-American honors for the conference after leading the nation in kick return yardage (1,278 yards) and kick return touchdowns (four), and was second in the conference in yards per kick return (32.8) and second in punt return yards (400).
