The Cleveland Browns made a minor move on Wednesday with the signing of wide receiver Jaelen Strong.
Strong was originally a third-round selection by the Houston Texans in the 2015 NFL Draft. He appeared in 20 games with the Texans and posted 31 passes for 330 yards and four touchdowns.
Strong’s tenure with the Texans was less than stellar, as Sean Pendergast pointed out at houstonpress.com at the time of Strong’s release:
Strong has never been able to get out of second gear as a Texan, as he showed up at training camp as a rookie overweight, weighing around 230 pounds.
