The Browns signed tight end Manasseh Garner and cornerback Joe Rankin and waived linebacker Darius Eubanks and tight end Kevin Haplea on Sunday.

The Cleveland Browns on Sunday signed TE Manasseh (pronounced muh-NESS-uh) Garner and DB Joe Rankin. General Manager Ray Farmer made the announcement.
In addition, the club waived LB Darius Eubanks and TE Kevin Haplea.
Garner is a 6-2, 239-pound rookie out of Pittsburgh. He was originally signed by the Chiefs as undrafted free agent in May. In 43 career games at Pitt, Garner recorded 52 receptions for 637 yards with five touchdowns.
