CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns signed wide receiver Bryce Treggs off of Philadelphia's practice squad, the team announced. To make room, they waived wide receiver Jordan Leslie with an injury designation. Leslie injured his hamstring against the Bengals on Sunday.
Treggs is in his second season out of Cal. He signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2016. In nine games with the Eagles last season, he had three catches for 80 yards.
Leslie was cut by the Browns when they trimmed their roster to 53 after the preseason. They brought him back prior to the game in Indianapolis.
