The Cleveland Browns made some minor roster moves on Monday, adding three players and waiving a fourth.
Joining the roster are defensive back Christian Boutte, tight end Orson Charles and defensive back Jeremiah McKinnon. Leaving the team is defensive lineman Trenton Thompson.
Boutte, who is 5-foot-10 and 187 pounds, was a four-year letter winner and three-year starter for Nicholls State University, where he totaled 23 tackles as a senior. He spent a brief period of time with the Oakland Raiders earlier this summer as an undrafted free agent.
Charles, who is 6-foot-3 and 257 pounds, was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
