The Cleveland Browns made a handful of roster moves on Tuesday. They placed linebacker Dominique Alexander on injured reserve; in response, they moved linebacker Deon King from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. Rookie linebacker Garrett Sickels was released from the practice squad, while two others were added: Linebacker Austin Calitro and receiver Rannell Hall.
Alexander, who appeared in all four games thus far this season, suffered a knee injury against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. He was active for 14 games in 2016 as an undrafted rookie.
