The Cleveland Browns had the league’s best defense in 2023 which garnered defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz the NFL Assistant Coach of the Year award and DE Myles Garrett won the league’s Defensive Player of the Year honor.
The defense ranked Top-5 in almost every category.
