The Browns signed running back George Atkinson III and cornerback Marcus Burley.
The franchise announced the moves Monday after players reported to team headquarters for the start of the voluntary offseason workout program.
Atkinson, 24, was an exclusive-rights free agent. Burley, 26, was a restricted free agent.
Atkinson appeared in all 16 games with the Browns last season after they claimed him off waivers from the Oakland Raiders. He played special teams, compiling six tackles and eight kickoff returns for 137 yards, until the season finale, when he ran seven times for 34 yards and a touchdown.
