The Cleveland Browns signed tight end Darren Fells in 2018 for his blocking ability and to add some depth to the position.
Now it turns out that Fells may be a one-and-done player in Cleveland as general manager John Dorsey is reportedly making the veteran tight end available, according to Pro Football Talk:
