The Browns re-signed undrafted rookie wide receiver Darius Jennings and placed starting right guard John Greco on injured reserve Tuesday.
Greco started all 14 games this season before suffering a knee injury Sunday during the second play from scrimmage in the Browns’ 30-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
On Monday, Browns coach Mike Pettine said Greco’s injury was to the medial collateral ligament but the Youngstown native wouldn’t need surgery.
Rookie first-round draft pick Cameron Erving is expected to replace Greco in the starting lineup when the Browns (3-11) play their final two games of the season Sunday on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs (9-5) and Jan.
