ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- There always seems to be a new standard for head shaking when it comes to the Cleveland Browns.
A winless season will do that to a team and to its coach.
So it is that now Hue Jackson is considering changing his quarterback for Saturday's game against the San Diego Chargers.
Robert Griffin III did move a little forward in Cleveland's 33-13 loss in Buffalo to the Bills, but they were more choppy steps than long strides.
The Browns, as Jackson said, are "not where they need to be" with the quarterback position.
