BEREA, Ohio -- There was some rare praise for a quarterback from Cleveland Browns coach Hue Jackson on Wednesday.
Rare, and fleeting.
Jackson actually said that rookie DeShone Kizer looked "pretty good" in a two-minute drill.
What this means in the bigger picture remains to be seen, but Kizer did do some good things in the two-minute drill. He threw a nice downfield pass on a crossing route to Ricardo Louis and then hit Seth DeValve perfectly on another crossing route -- only to have DeValve drop it.
