The Cleveland Browns added cornerback Robert Jackson to the active roster on Thursday as the club prepares for the home opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.
This is the second consecutive game that Jackson has been promoted as the Browns will once again be without cornerbacks Greedy Williams, who has a shoulder injury, and Kevin Johnson, who is still recovering from a lacerated liver, for the nationally televised game against the Bengals.
Jackson was on special teams last week and recorded a tackle against the Ravens.
