The Browns will be without tight end David Njoku for some time as the team on Friday placed him on injured reserve after suffering a broken wrist in Monday night’s 23-3 win over the Jets at MetLife Stadium.
The injury took place in the first quarter when Njoku was hit hard and left the game with a concussion.
Through the first two games of this season, Njoku tallied four receptions for 37 yards and one touchdown.
With a roster spot open, the Browns claimed safety Juston Burris via waivers. The former Raider spent six months with the Browns this past offseason before being released on September 1st.
