BEREA, OH — The Browns officially placed safety Terrance Mitchell on the injured reserve, Tuesday, after the 26-year-old broke his wrist in Cleveland’s 45-42, overtime loss to the Raiders. The team filled Mitchell’s vacant roster spot with CB Jeremiah McKinnon, who spent the first four weeks of the season on the practice squad.
McKinnon is in his third season in the NFL out of Florida International. He was initially signed by the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2016 but has spent the first two years of his career bouncing around as a 90-man roster and practice squad signee.
