The Cleveland Browns placed defensive end Joe Jackson on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday.
Jackson is the fourth Cleveland player to land on the list since November 13, joining offensive lineman Chris Hubbard, fullback Andy Janovich and defensive end Myles Garrett.
While you don’t want to see anyone be placed on the list, the loss of Jackson may not impact the team very much on the field.
Even with Garrett missing last Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, Jackson was still on the game day inactive list. Head coach Kevin Stefanski has already announced that Garrett will not play in the upcoming game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but given what transpired against the Eagles, there is a high likelihood that Jackson would have been inactive again.
