CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns lost a regular on their special teams unit to a knee injury on Sunday, placing linebacker Dominique Alexander on injured reserve. They elevated linebacker Deon King from their practice squad, the team announced.
Alexander injured his knee in Sunday's game against the Bengals.
The team also signed wide receiver Rannell Hall and linebacker Austin Calitro to their practice squad and released linebacker Garrett Sickels from the practice squad.
Hall appeared in one game in 2015 for the Browns and appeared on track to make the roster in 2016 before a leg injury ended his season.
