Browns outside linebacker Barkevious Mingo missed the sixth full-squad practice of training camp Wednesday because he's dealing with a knee injury, a source familiar with the situation told the Beacon Journal.
The source spoke on condition of anonymity because the Browns have yet to disclose the nature of Mingo's injury.
Mingo's knee felt structurally sound in a medical exam, but he'll also undergo an MRI, the source said.
Browns coach Mike Pettine declined to reveal the specifics of Mingo's injury Wednesday but said he would provide an update about his status Thursday.
"He's got something he was getting evaluated today," Pettine said.
