Suspended Browns offensive line coach Andy Moeller won't be charged after a woman who identified herself as his fiancee accused him of assault, Berea prosecutor Jim Walters said in a statement released Wednesday morning.
But Moeller remains indefinitely suspended by the Browns.
“Andy Moeller’s suspension by the team remains indefinite," a team spokesman said in a statement issued Wednesday morning after Walters announced Moeller would not be charged. "We will withhold further comment until the appropriate time.”
The Browns suspended Moeller indefinitely Sept. 7 after the incident occurred two days earlier.
