Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Alvin Bailey was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of drunk driving.
Bailey failed a field sobriety test with a reading of .145, well over the legal limit of in Ohio of .08, according to court documents online from the city of North Royalton, Ohio.
The Browns released a statement from vice president of football operations Sashi Brown that read: ""We are aware of the incident and have spoken to Alvin to express our displeasure and extreme disappointment. This is a matter that must be taken very seriously and we will comment further at the appropriate time.
