BEREA, Ohio -- When you're coming off of a 1-15 season and your franchise doesn't have a stellar draft history, unconventional tactics are sometimes met with a raised eyebrow or two. Such was the case at the NFL Scouting Combine in March when Dan Feeney, who the Chargers ultimately selected in the third round, revealed that the Browns used a card game to test his intelligence during his interview with them.
