Browns guard Alvin Bailey pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle impaired and was found guilty Thursday morning in North Royalton Mayor's Court, a clerk at the court said.
Bailey and attorney Kevin Spellacy appeared in court before Magistrate James Marniella in connection with the offensive lineman's Sept. 26 arrest in North Royalton.
Bailey must either serve three days of jail time or attend a three-day driver intervention program by the end of February after receiving a 180-day jail sentence, all of which was suspended with the exception of three days, the clerk said. He paid all $840 in fines and court costs.
