Adam Redmond realizes he cannot afford to waste any opportunity he receives leading up to the April 28-30 NFL Draft because the Walsh Jesuit High School graduate is an under-the-radar prospect whose next chance to impress talent evaluators could be his last.
So Redmond, a starting offensive lineman for Harvard University the past three seasons, intends to be all business Friday when he and other players with ties to Northeast Ohio work out for the Browns at their headquarters in Berea.
In addition to hosting as many as 30 national prospects for pre-draft visits and traveling throughout the country to conduct private workouts, the Browns invite select NFL hopefuls who grew up in the Cleveland area or played at local colleges to work out at their facility every year before the draft.
