With the Cleveland Browns opening mandatory minicamp, the focus will obviously be on the offense. With WR Amari Cooper having an unexcused absence and seven players not participating on day one, the Browns have a few interesting storylines already besides the five we laid out before minicamp started.
While offense might dominate in the NFL, Cleveland’s defense is likely to be stellar once again led by Assistant Coach of the Year Jim Schwartz and Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett. Garrett was lauded by two star offensive linemen in the offseason but showed his willingness to do whatever the Browns need on day one of minicamp:
