The Cleveland Browns will open up OTAs on Tuesday in Berea but haven’t stopped making adjustments to their roster all offseason. Last Sunday, the Browns signed QB Jacob Sirmon after he participated in the team’s rookie minicamp as a tryout player.
The 6-foot-5 and 230-pound Sirmon took a winding route through his college career, starting out at the University of Washington in 2019 before transferring to Central Michigan for the 2021 season.
Something must have happened in the eight days since Sirmon signed because Cleveland waived the quarterback on Monday.
