BEREA, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns are trying to build a winning team, but they did not look like a team that could win Sunday in Indianapolis.
The Browns stumbled through a first half that was a low point in the Hue Jackson era. A quarterback acquired at the end of training camp making his second start guided the Colts to a 28-7 lead while racking up 260 yards in offense.
The Browns couldn't contain Jacoby Brissett or receiver T.Y. Hilton, and could not catch passes thrown by DeShone Kizer.
