CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Jason McCourty and Jabrill Peppers are inactive for today's game against the Titans.
MCourty is out with the ankle injury he suffered Thursday in practice, and Peppers is idle with his lingering toe injury.
The loss of Peppers means that the Browns will be without their starting free safety and leading kickoff and punt returner.
McCourty's absenc robs him of a chance to face the team that drafted him in the sixth round of 2009 draft and where he spent his previous eight seasons. He'll be replaced in the starting lineup by Briean Boddy-Calhoun, who's also been playing well this season.
