Browns hit rock bottom in ESPN Power Rankings

Johnny Manziel has this going for him as he takes over as the Cleveland Browns quarterback: It can’t get much worse.

Not only do the Browns have the NFL’s worst record at 2-8, the Browns have plummeted in ESPN’s NFL Power Rankings. They now rank 32nd in the league, which is dead last.

Just two weeks ago, the Browns had moved to 23rd in the rankings. Losses to Cincinnati and Pittsburgh in which the Browns were outscored 61-19 have sent them to the bottom.

The Browns have not been ranked 32nd since the sixth week of the 2012 season.
