Browns coach Hue Jackson announced Friday he'll call the offense's plays and he's completed his offensive and special teams coaching staffs.
As expected, Jackson didn't hire an offensive coordinator because he has wanted to call the plays all along. No one holds the title of quarterbacks coach, either, though Jackson made it clear associate head coach-offense Pep Hamilton will handle those duties.
