Free safety Ed Reynolds will be active when the Browns (0-11) host the New York Giants (7-3) beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Reynolds will start for the third consecutive game. He entered this weekend listed as questionable with a knee injury suffered last week in practice.
Cornerback Tramon Williams (knee) will be inactive. He was limited in practice throughout last week and listed as questionable.
Other inactives for the Browns will be quarterbacks Cody Kessler (concussion) and Joe Callahan, offensive linemen Gabe Ikard and Jonathan Cooper, wide receiver Jordan Payton and defensive lineman Tyrone Holmes.
