After their victory over the Jaguars in Week 2, the Browns’ confidence level increased to 55%, an improvement of 42 percentage points from the previous week. It didn’t entirely make up for the Week 1 loss, but it at least laid the groundwork for the team taking a step forward and hopefully building on their offense from week-to-week. Most importantly, fans want to see a W in the win column.
