The Browns confidence dropped 4 percentage points from 16% to 12% between Weeks 16 and 17. With just one more win at some point this season, Cleveland would still have a fair shot at making the playoffs with a win in Week 17. However, the truth of the matter is that this has been a frustrating football team the entire season, and it has worn thin on Browns fans.
