Browns defense continues making strides in preseason win over Tampa

TAMPA, Florida -- Briean Boddy-Calhoun wasn't about to let Jabrill Peppers leave a souvenir as significant as his first interception behind. Call it a case of paying it forward.

"On my first interception in Miami, (Jamar Taylor) brought me my ball like, 'Aye bro, I think you forgot something,'" Boddy-Calhoun said following the Browns preseason win over the Buccaneers. "So, when he gave me the football and I saw Jabrill drop his, I'm like, 'Oh, vet moment. Aye, you forgot this.' I just wanted to give it to him, that's all."

"I did intend to keep it, Peppers said, "but I bumped into the coach on their sideline and I didn't want to cause a scuffle or anything like that, especially on my first interception.
