Wednesday night, Cleveland Browns DE Lonnie Phelps was arrested in Key West, Fla. and is being charged with DUI with damage to property or person, according to multiple reports. TMZ is reporting that Phelps crashed into Red Shoe Island Bistro just before 9 PM and was uncooperative:
after cops say he drunkenly crashed an SUV into a restaurant — and then refused to cooperate with a police investigation afterward.
